PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is about commitment, motivation and maximizing your exercise time, while incorporating the latest training techniques. Our Certified Personal Trainers can help you design and customize your program for optimal results. Their personal attention and encouragement will assist you in setting realistic health and fitness goals, while providing you with direction and professional advice to achieve your desired level of fitness.

To register, pay for your sessions at the Client Services Desk and then consult the Fitness Centre Assistant at 416-736-2100 ext. 40035 or drop into the Fitness Centre between 11am-7pm. Note: All one-on-one fitness and personal training appointments will start the week of Sep 22.

All first-time clients purchasing 10 or more sessions receive a complimentary Fitness Assessment with Personal Training – a savings of $65 (Does not apply to Pilates Personal Training).
